Within the application, it is necessary to check that there is no pending issue to be sent. If so, as shown in the image, it is necessary to synchronize before proceeding with the end of the journey.
To deactivate the team, the agent can perform the following procedure.
1.Menu > Team > Deactivate Team
2. An alert will appear for the agent to confirm whether they wish to continue with the procedure, simply click “OK”.
