Whenever a wallet exchange is carried out, it is important that the user performs data cleaning on the tablet, so that the old data can leave the agent's personal database, but it is essential that there is no data pending synchronization to carry out this procedure.
To clean your data, simply follow this procedure outside of Digiteam:
Settings -> App/Applications -> Enteram -> Storage -> clear cache - clear data
After that, log back into Digiteam, as the cleaning process drops the session and check if the data has left the wallet.
NOTE: Contact Digiteam support if there is pending data!
