DIGITEAM CODE OF ETHICS AND CONDUCT

Digiteam, a private company, incorporated as a Limited Liability Company and registered with the CNPJ under no. 07.821.585/0001-50, reaffirms its values and commitments through the disclosure of this Code of Ethics and Conduct (“Code”)

Maintaining good practices in relation to ethics and conduct is a collective and civic responsibility. Digiteam's Code of Ethics and Compliance is subject to continuous improvement.

This code is supplementary to the Digiteam policies and procedures that are in force. Furthermore, it also aims to promote compliance with the following laws:

● Brazilian Anti-Corruption Law (nº 12,846/2013), together with Decree nº 8,420/2015);
● Antitrust Law (nº 12,529/2011),
● Bidding and Administrative Contracts Law (No. 8,666/1993 and Law No. 14,133/2021),
● Administrative Improbity Law (No. 8,249/1992) and Regulatory Framework for Civil Society Organizations (Law No. 13,019/2014)
● Money Laundering Law (Law No. 9,613/1998);
● General personal data protection law - LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018)
● Others applicable to Digiteam activities.
