Field Agent. Individual, an employee of the Company, who is managed through the integrated application of the Platform

Platform application.

Judicial Actions. Services distributed (Service Orders - SO) and supervised by the Platform

for Field Agents.

Company. Legal entity that hires the Digiteam Platform for managing its external teams.

Connect. Process of accessing the Platform through authentication or identification of the User using previously registered, personal, and non-transferable credentials.

Platform, Digiteam or Digiteam Platform. Software platform as a licensed service, by contract, for use by the Company.

Software as a Service (SaaS). Method of software distribution and marketing.
