Resend images and signatures in the mobile app

If the signatures or other images collected have not been uploaded from the field agent's mobile application to Digiteam web, it is possible to resend this via the "Files" option.

Just follow these steps (video at the end of the article):

Access the menu and click on the Info button:

• Scroll down until you find the Files button. Click on it.
• If your image is in RECENT FILES, when you click on the image, some commands will appear such as: open with, share and send, you must click on the Send button. If the service was carried out on previous dates, search the OLD FILES tab.

• If your image is in OLD FILES, press to select the image (you can select several), and then click the up arrow button to resend the images.
• Click Ok to confirm.

Ready. Their images were transmitted.
