When a user forgets or enters the password incorrectly many times, it needs to be reset. There are two ways to reset it.
1 - Recover password: on the login screen there is the option "Recover password", when clicked, an email is sent to the user with a new password, which must be changed on the first access.
2 - Request to the central office: the user can request to the central office to reset the password through the web platform, where a new password can be created or an email can be sent with a random password. In any of the options, the password must be reset on the first access. The web user needs to have access permission.
