How to Create Teams in Batch

To create teams in batch, simply follow the steps:

Actions (left sidebar) --> Dispatch - New (will be directed to the Timeline)

• Click on the Add Icon (top left corner) and a pop-up will appear

• Select Unit --> Category --> Agents

• Select the type of team (top right) --> validate --> save

If the teams are not online or unplanned, click on the funnel icon (the rightmost one, in the upper right corner of the screen) and select the All Teams option.
