A swap is the exchange of a planning batch from one team to another. Thinking about making this transfer simple and quick, Digiteam offers the following resource.
Follow the steps:
Actions (left sidebar) --> Dispatch - New (will be directed to the Timeline) --> click on the team from which the planning will be taken --> Swap
- In the box that opens, select which team the planning transfer will be carried out to, in the To field --> Save --> Yes (confirmation)
- Ready. The planning of work orders was transferred to the selected team.
