You need to download the spreadsheet model available on Digiteam itself, which has the appropriate layout for correctly reading the data you want to include.
Step 1
To do this, access the option Registrations/ CRM/ Accounts in the vertical menu bar, as shown in the image below.
Step 2
Then click the Import button.
Step 3
It is necessary to download the spreadsheet with the appropriate layout, to do this, simply click on the Example spreadsheet option.
- Step 4
When opening the spreadsheet, the fields highlighted in red are mandatory, however, those highlighted in the image below are intended for the automatic creation of contacts associated with these accounts.
In the Portfolio column, there are 2 ways that you can define this field:
- Which wallet will be imported to using the user's login. (figure 1)
- Not defining any user, using the No Wallet option. (figure 2)
Step 5
After filling out the template spreadsheet, the next step is to select it from the saved folder and import it into the system. To do this, on the accounts screen (where the model was downloaded) click again on the Import button, then on Import spreadsheet file, as shown below.
At this point, it is important to check whether the data was transferred correctly, to avoid exchanging this data! |
Step 6
After selecting the file, it will be shown below with the name and size that were saved, so just click UPLOAD.
After uploading, you need to wait a few moments before proceeding for the system to finish reading the data. At this stage, a summary will be displayed on the screen, allowing the user to confirm the data and, in the event of an error, reset the import to the appropriate spreadsheet correction.
Step 7
After reading, if the spreadsheet was fed correctly, the message will appear that the data is correct. On the summary screen, the user is also informed in the Errors column whether everything is ok. With the correct data, simply click Next to complete the import. After proceeding, a new summary will be displayed showing the amount of imported data.
Note that reading the summary after uploading indicates a Warning in the Error column (spreadsheet field where it is located). The import will be carried out and the final summary will inform the warning, however, it will not indicate where there is an error, hence the importance of importing when all the data is correct.
