Change status of batch demands

There is a functionality that allows the mass change of the status of work orders in Digiteam, as long as certain criteria are followed.

Currently it is possible to change statuses in batch considering the following scenarios ("from">"to" status):

• CREATED > SUSPENDED
• NOT PLANNED > SUSPENDED
• RESCHEDULED > SUSPENDED
• PAUSED > SUSPENDED
• SUSPENDED > UNPLANNED
• CANCELED > NOT PLANNED
• COMPLETED > NOT PLANNED
• PREVENTED > NOT PLANNED
• RUNNING > NOT PLANNED
  
  
  
  

This procedure aims to save the time of manual changes.

The procedure is as follows (video at the end of the article):

• Menu > Demands > Change status in batch

• Click Import
  
  
  
• Import your spreadsheet containing the number of OSs by clicking Import spreadsheet file.
• Select your file and click Upload to upload it
  
  
• Close the import summary window, check for errors and click Next
• Select from the drop-down list the status you want to change your order list to (only SUSPENDED at this time).
• Click Save once the button is enabled.
  
  
  
• Your orders will have their status changed and you will receive the following message on the screen:
