Within the organization, the areas of activity are known as Work Units.
A team is made up of at least one field agent. Agents must have the skills required to execute a service order, as well as the tools and materials available.
Work units can be composed of one or more field agents, this is defined in the work unit type.
To create a work unit, from the “Vertical Menu Bar” select "Menu > Demands > Work Units > New"
Skills and weights are defined according to each client's business needs. The team's competencies are formed by the set of all its resources.
From a technical point of view, a skill can be defined as the representation of an agent's ability to perform a specific task.
The weight represents the minimum proficiency level required in that skill.
To create a Unit of Work, you must indicate at least:
Name (team id) • Type • Unit.
The Actions column has up to 3 icons that are used to:
Edit the record • Unit of Work History.
