Inventory Management

Materials/Products

The materials or products used by the organization, which help in the tasks developed by field agents, are registered in a directory within Digiteam called Inventory.

From the "Vertical Menu Bar", select "Registers/ Inventory/ Products/ New", to include a material/product.

The information that composes the registration includes:

• Name
• Code
• Description
• Image
• Subcategory
• Type

 It is also possible to insert additional data for a material, through a form designed in the system.

The Actions column has 3 icons that serve in sequence for:

• Edit
• Deactivate
• Delete

Units of Measure

Units of measure are necessary for the subsequent registration of Parts and Materials used by field agents.

From the "Vertical Menu Bar", select "Registers/ Unit of Measure/ New", to include a unit of measure.

Warehouse

In Digiteam, the concept of Stock is linked to the vehicle, where the products and materials available for the field team have an entry and exit control that can be managed in the system. This control serves to facilitate the administration of what is in the warehouse and in the stock of the vehicle itself.

The products and materials in stock are created in the Products section and from there their management can be done.

Entry and Exit Management

The entry and exit of these products in stock is carried out from the "Vertical Menu Bar", select "Registers/ Inventory/ Warehouse".

 - Entry

By clicking on the Entry button ( ), a pop-up is displayed with some data that need to be filled in to record the entry of the product in stock.

For each product that enters, it is necessary to inform at least:

• Product (displays the list of already registered products)
• Document number
• Origin
• Unit of measure
• Quantity
• Batch identifier
• Serial control

 - Exit

By clicking on the Exit button ( ), a pop-up is displayed with some data that need to be filled in to record the exit of the product in stock.

For each product that exits, it is necessary to inform at least:

• Destination (vehicle to which the product will be sent)
• Delivered to (agent who received the product)
• Without series
  • Product
  • Batch
• With series
  • Quantity
  • Serial number (the product is already identified by the serial number)
