Digiteam, through this Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance Policy (ESG) ("Policy"), establishes and undertakes to act in accordance with internal and external standards related to the integration of environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) criteria in all spheres of DIGITEAM's activities.
The ESG philosophy has been ingrained in the essence of DIGITEAM since its inception, having been built on three fundamental pillars that aim to ensure long-term sustainability: governance, technology and human resources management.
The purpose of this Policy is to establish the criteria and procedures for the incorporation of environmental, social and corporate governance considerations of DIGITEAM. This approach aims to guide the conduct of its activities in accordance with the regulations in force and the best market practices, with the purpose of minimizing risks and seizing opportunities for all Stakeholders.
In addition, the policy seeks to provide adequate technical knowledge to its employees and other stakeholders.
All partners, customers, investors, partners, directors, administrators, interns and other employees of DIGITEAM (individually referred to as "Collaborator" or collectively as "Collaborators") are subject to the provisions established in this Policy, as well as must act as promoters of DIGITEAM's Sustainable Development.
