How to change or reset a user's password

In Digiteam Web, with the appropriate permissions, it is possible to reset user passwords, both web and mobile. You can create a password or send an email with a password created by the system. To access the users screen, click on System > Users in the vertical menu on the left of the screen, the list of users will open. Identify the user registration you want to change, click on the Reset Password icon, select whether you want the system to send it by email or whether you want to create a password (in this case, simply fill in the field with the password you prefer). Either option, the password must be reset on first access.

Tip: Choose to create a new password, selecting the option Enter an initial password to reset, a tip is to choose a simple sequence (e.g.: 123, 123456) as it will be reset on the first access and the system does not accept repeating the last ones registered passwords.
