When receiving a service in the application, the agent has the possibility of following a resolution order. It is important to remember that the agent cannot perform two services at the same time if one of them does not have the PAUSED status. Below we guide how the service status should be activated:
- Select the service you want to perform.
- Activate the status “AGENT ON THE WAY” > “ON LOCATION”.
- After this, the user will have 3 options: PAUSE, RESCHEDULE OR EXECUTE, these statuses will be triggered according to the situation in which the service is found.
- The “PAUSE” status allows the agent to return to this service at another time.
- The “RESCHEDULE” status allows the agent to select another day to perform the service, in case something unforeseen has occurred.
- The "RUN" status causes the service to be carried out at that moment.
4. After performing the service, simply click on “COMPLETE”
With the note completed, if there is no pending issue, the note will be finalized and will disappear from the application.
