Emergency Closing with Device Change

Below we guide you on how to transfer devices:

1.Trigger > In place/run.

2. A form will open to enter the estimated completion date, after completing it click on “SEND”.

3.After that, the “TRANS DISP” option will appear, select it.

4. After this, the form to confirm the transfer will open, select “YES” and “SEND”.

5.Soon after, a notification should arrive confirming the transfer, after all data has been synchronized with GDIS, so this process may take a little time.

6.After the notification arrives, click “COMPLETE” the service.

7.Fill out the “CONCLUSION- MT AND BT EMERGENCY” form according to the situation encountered.

8.When you finish filling out the form, the agent can click on “SEND” and the service will be completed.
