Cutting Flow Execution

We will show how the new closing forms will be used for court processes.

In this article, 2 situations that may be encountered in the field will be simulated:

• Service prevented
• Service performed
  
  

We will start simulating an offside note:

When activating the AGENT ON SITE status, a form will be displayed to add a photo of the facade.

When inserting the photo and sending it, to actually complete it you need to complete the task CLOSING - CUTTING/RECONNECTING which will automatically appear in the TASKS tab.

When you click, the form for closing will be displayed according to the Situation found.

This field will determine which fields will be presented next for closing

of the note. The codes will be displayed according to the selected situation.

As this simulation will be for a prevented note, we will select the situation WITHOUT ACCESS TO THE SITE.

We can see that the fields appeared:

• Offside code*
• Comments
  
  

Now a note played

We will select the ACCESS TO SITE situation. Here we can see that 3 other execution situations appear

Selecting this situation the field appeared:

• Service performed in: and depending on each value selected, a set of fields are displayed to be filled in.
• Pole/drip
• Box
• Paid account

When selecting the post/drip option, the following fields are displayed

• Photo of service performed*
• Material
• Closing codes*

• Photo stamp found or box without stamp*
• Photo with open box*
