Closing Cut and Reconnect

Below we illustrate how to complete the CUT/RECONNECT service task:

1.Select the service.

2.AGENT ON SITE.

3.Fill out the initial form with a photo of the facade.

4.Select the “TASKS” tab > Select “CLOSURE - CUT/RECONNECT”.

5. Fill in according to the situation found.

6. You can SAVE the form and then return to SEND or just SEND.

7. After that, you can complete the service.
