The Digiteam App has a new look, much more practical and interactive.
When logging in, the user has not yet created the team, but can have access to the main menu, such as: Info, Status, chat, Forms catalog, etc. To create a team and receive demands, simply click on Create, on the screen following login or on the Team menu, if you have left the screen and accessed the main menu.
After creating a team, the user is directed to the Planning screen, which has a new look and with the possibility of searching for demands by code or address 🔍.
The command for adding tasks has also changed, now the option is only displayed when switching to the Tasks tab.
Tasks in Digiteam 2.0 can only be deleted when they are still being edited, so be careful when filling out the form. They can still be saved at any time for later modification. Tasks in gray mean that they are still being edited, tasks in green mean that they have already been sent.
The statuses that can be triggered during the execution of the service appear in the bottom bar, always in green, the statuses are defined according to the flow of each type of service.

At the end of the working day, you must deactivate the team and log out of the app. To do this, simply click on the Team menu and fill out the checklist (if applicable) or click the Logout button twice.
If there are transmissions pending synchronization, the team may not be able to deactivate them. To speed up the process, the technician can force synchronization in the app by clicking on the icons that have pending issues or by sliding the screen down. The example below shows how these pending issues are displayed in the app.
The 📎 (clip) indicates attachments pending sync (photos and videos).
The 🔁 (sync) indicates form data and/or status pending synchronization.
It is important to complete the synchronization even before trying to deactivate the team to avoid completion data not being received on the web server.
The video linked below shows the Deactivate Team and Logout actions.
