Closing with Inspection Task

Below we illustrate how to fill out a Closing-BT type form:

1. Select the service.
2. START TRAVEL > AGENT ON SITE > RUNNING.
3. Select the “TASKS” tab where you will have the “BT CLOSING” form.
4. Select the form.
5. To start filling out, you must first select the completion code.

• For INSTALLED/FOUND meters, it is necessary to fill in the “METER INSTALLED/FOUND” field. In this case, you can read the barcode or manually.

     7.Fill in the “TYPE OF CONTRACT” field, as requested by the service.

    8.On the third page, the type of seal is requested. After completing the form, the agent has the        possibility to SAVE the form, which allows him to return later to fill in something that was not entered, however, after clicking SEND it is no longer possible to return to the form.

9.After carrying out all the indicated procedures, the agent can complete the service.
