VT Closing Code 5.31

Below we provide guidance on how to complete the service closing with code 5.31:

1. Start > In-place/Run.
2. Go to the “TASKS” tab and fill out the CHECKLIST VT form according to the situation encountered.
3. After that, click “COMPLETE”.
4. After this, the Conclusion form - MT and BT EMERGENCY will be opened:

• Select the “COMPLETION CODES” field.
• Select the code “5.31”.
• After that, go to the next page and select the “MEASUREMENT” field.
• Fill in the first column of the measurement according to what was found and click “VALIDATE”.
• After filling in the first column, you will need to wait 5 minutes to fill in the second. When the stipulated time has passed, fill in the second column, click on “VALIDATE” and then on “ACCEPT”.
• Code 5.31 does not correct the problem, in this sense, if the agent clicks on the field “DID MEASUREMENT CORRECT THE VT PROBLEM?” and selecting “YES” will display an error as illustrated below.
• For this reason, it is necessary to fill in the field as “NO” and send the service, after sending it will be completed automatically.
