This document is a guide to using the messaging functionality in digeam on mobile devices.
Prerequisites
Antes de começar, verifique se você possui os seguintes requisitos:
- Digiteam Mobile Version - 2.3.8.3
- Internet access;
- User with permissions to access messaging;
App login
The first step is to log in to Digiteam:
- Open the app on your mobile device;
- Enter your username and password;
- Click enter;
Opening the message
After logging into the application, you can open the message on the home screen
- Click on the home button
- Tap the “Chat” icon.
The application will open the conversations screen;
Note that as this is the first access we do not have any conversations in the list
Team chat
- Create/activate a team;
- On the demands screen, click on the chat icon which is in the bottom right corner;

Important: when you click on the chat icon and have only one conversation, that conversation will be opened. To access the full list of conversations, go to the home screen and select the 'Chat' option.
The conversation presented is our team's chat, we call it central. Whenever you activate your team, the center will appear on the chat screen!
Start conversation
You can start a conversation with the center and create group and/or individual conversations.
Start conversation with the center:
Just open the conversation with the center and send a message;
The web user must have joined the group to receive messages;
The web user can view old messages after joining the group;
Create conversation with one or more users:
- On the conversations screen, click the start conversations icon
- Select the user you want to start a conversation with;
- Você pode utilizar a lupa para pesquisar pelo nome desejado
- Click on the green icon to create the conversation
- If you select more than one user, you will need to define the group name;
After completing these steps, we are ready to send messages.
Messages
You can check the receiving status of messages in the bottom right corner of the message.
Sent Received Read
Notifications Unread message flag and
When receiving messages from the center, you will be notified with “New message from Center” as well as the example below:
The chat icon on the demands screen will signal the number of unread messages
In the conversation list there will be a sign showing the number of unread messages in each conversation.
Important: Only messages received in the center are notified and flagged, receipt of messages in other conversations is only flagged.
View details or delete a conversation
You can view details or delete conversations from your list by clicking on the three dots in the conversation and then selecting one of the options.
Important: It is not possible to delete the center, so when you click on the three dots, only the option to view details will be available.
