Data cleaning is a procedure that we recommend as a workaround for the following problems:

When the agent is unable to activate a service, due to the previous note having left the application, probably because they were completed by another user; - When the service does not come with the mandatory closing task and the app does not show options to add another one;
- When the agent is unable to close the team because the app informs that it needs to close the started service and there are no more services running, probably because they were completed by another user.
If there is no data synchronization pending in the app, do the following procedure below as a workaround:
Settings > Apps > Enter > Storage > Clear Cache > Clear Data
To-do items are marked with a red dot on these 2 icons in the app: 🔄 and 📎
IMPORTANT: After cleaning, the agent will be logged out of the app, but your team will remain active in the system, in this case, simply log in again (enter username and password), do not perform this procedure in case of connection problems.
The procedures outlined above must be carried out outside of Digiteam.
