Whenever the agent notices a problem or instability in the application and contacts support, they will be required to send the application LOGs.
LOGs are records of events in the system and are used by technical support to investigate the cause of instabilities.
To send these Logs, follow the following path in the application:
Menu > Info > Report Problem.
-Describe what action you took in the app when you noticed the problem
-Send the files to support.
