Can I use the application even without internet access?

Yes. The agent can continue performing his services while offline, as long as he logs in for the first time during the day, so he will remain logged in even without a connection. The data is stored on the device until synchronization is possible. Digiteam will try to synchronize the data automatically, but the user can do this manually by clicking on the 🔁 icon if there is connectivity and the data is still pending. It is important to remember that depending on the volume of data, synchronization may take a while, especially if there are a large number of images to be sent.
