A demand or service order can be rescheduled directly through the application. In the order status menu, there is the option to reschedule. It is important to remember that the same service order can only be rescheduled twice, after the second rescheduling, the option will not appear in the status menu. This rule can be changed if the administrator prefers, but it is done exclusively by DigIteam support upon a request sent by email to suporte@digiteam.com.br.
