On the demand screen, we can see if the files have been synchronized. We have two indicators
When the clip with a number appears, it means there are pending images, and when the synchronization icon with a number appears, it means the data from the services performed has not yet been sent, such as forms, demand statuses, and created tasks. The number that appears on the icon indicates how many files have not been synchronized.
It is important for the field agent to pay attention to these indicators so that no information is lost. If the demands are being executed outside the coverage area, the data and images are saved in the app to be sent when there is a connection. Images take longer to synchronize because they are larger files, so if there are many, it is necessary to wait until the number that shows the quantity of files not sent disappears.
*In case of difficulty in sending, perform the process on a Wi-Fi network.
**Do not end the shift, or clear the cache if the synchronization is not complete.
