Can I ask for help from another agent to finalize an OS?

Yes. On the execution button (user icon in the top right corner of the demand screen) the agent selects the ASK FOR HELP option, and will be directed to the chat where they will choose which contact they want to ask for help. This conversation will automatically be linked to demand.
