How do I receive my Demands or Service Orders?

The demands are dispatched to field agents by the dispatcher through the Digiteam Web (backoffice). The agent and their team receive the work orders immediately if the application is logged in and has internet access; otherwise, the demands will be updated along with the synchronization as soon as there is a connection. Upon entering the application, the work orders screen will be displayed, or you can go to the menu screen and click on the DEMANDS icon .
