When the field agent logs into the Digiteam application on their smartphone or tablet, the update starts automatically. The default screen that appears after the login process is the Demand screen, which appears in a list but the user can view it on a map. If there are no demands for the team the agent is part of or if there is a connection problem, an empty screen with a notice will appear. To view the details of the demands, click on them, whether viewing them in a list or on a map.
When on another screen of the app, simply click on the upper left icon to go to the menu and click on the Demandas icon.
To view the details or perform the service, simply click on the desired Work Order, and when displayed on the map, you can know the estimated time for the execution of the next service.
