Recording field information (Filling in service information)

Each request has fields and forms linked according to the service and tasks to be performed. If an action requires filling out a form, it will open automatically. The fields can be selection (choose one or more options), text entry, or barcode reading, and image (photo or video), in which case it can be an image from the image gallery or a new photo or video; fields marked with (*) are mandatory. It is worth noting that the fields that will be in the request and in the forms depend on what the administrator of the web system provides.
