What do I do if I need material to perform the service?

The agent requests materials that may be necessary for the execution of the work orders. The warehouse issues the materials that go to the vehicle's stock. In the OS details, clicking on the icon in the top right corner of the screen, select Materials then the tab Materials. A screen will open with all available material groups; clicking on a material group will display the list of all materials in that group with serial numbers. Simply click on "withdraw", confirm the withdrawal, and it will be linked to the OS in progress*. Materials that are not used can be returned to the warehouse.
