Can I create a demand within the application?

Yes, but for this to be possible, the agent or group of agents needs to have permission access defined on the web server. To create the demand, simply click on the icon    and to open the screen of My Demands, click on (+) and select the service from the list. In the end, the app will ask if you want to create the demand for yourself, for the central or cancel; choose the option and you're done.
