Synchronizing data and services

Synchronization of data and services can occur in two ways:

1 - Automatic, and for this you just need to have internet access. But if the device is not connected, the application stores everything to be sent later, and as soon as it is connected again, it sends and receives data and services to the center.

2 - Manual, for cases of lack of connectivity. Although the application constantly tries to synchronize, the user can perform it manually when connected again. In It is also possible to synchronize services with the "push to refresh" option (pull the screen down and release), as in the following image.

• It is important to inform that if the data and services are not synchronized, the application CANNOT be removed and data cannot be cleaned. Until synchronization occurs, the data is stored in the app's cache and if it is removed it will erase everything.

Whenever there are changes to the forms used in both the service and the tasks associated with it, synchronization will be necessary, to do this click on the icon (Synchronize data) on the app's main screen and click on the Forms options to download new versions and Synchronize Services to download and update task forms.
