To manage the dispatch policies that will be used, so that the system proposes a planning and to validate manual and automatic dispatch of demands or service orders, the system allows the creation of Planning Policies.
To create a planning policy, from the "Vertical Menu Bar" select:
"Registers/ Demands/ Planning Policy/ New".
The column of Actions has up to 2 icons that in sequence serve for:
- Edit policy
- Delete policy
Each policy is composed basically of rules and objectives.
Next, some rules that can be configured and that are natively integrated into the solution are presented:
- The daily journey is from 08:00:00 to 18:00:00.
- The starting point of the teams from region X is Y. Where X is the region and Y is the starting point (POI).
- Consider the displacement of the teams back to the starting point at the end of the day? No.
- Lunch is a scheduled interruption that should happen from 12:00:00 to 13:00:00 and should last 60 minutes.
- Orders from region X must be attended by teams allocated in the regions: [List of Regions].
- Order priority
- Shortest route
- SLA
The solution can have one or several policies that can be used both in manual and automatic dispatch. The objectives indicate what is intended to be achieved with the policy. The user can create new policies using this module.
Management of Automatic Planning Jobs
Planning Jobs serve to facilitate and automate the planning carried out daily.
