The planning and dispatch of work orders can be done automatically, which facilitates the work of the dispatcher, who can carry out this process, even if the teams are not active or outside their working hours.
The process consists of 4 steps: General Data - Teams - Demands - Summary
Follow the steps:
Actions (left sidebar) --> New Dispatch --> Execute Icon
- First step, General Data: you must select the Date, Time, Execution Policy and click Next. There are also additional options, which are selected according to the dispatcher's criteria.
- Second stage, Teams: this is the part in which the teams that will receive the plans are selected. If teams were created in batch (How to Create Teams in Batch), they will appear with the name of their respective leaders. Otherwise, the team must be selected according to the desired unit.
- Third stage. Demands: here, several filters can be selected to choose service orders. The options are a specific period, creation or limit date, status, priorities, SLA.
- Then select the Region and Type of Demand.
- Using the polygon or circle tools, you can choose the number of orders that each team will receive. Click Next.
- The fourth and final step is the presentation of a summary of the planning. Check the data and click Execute.
Ready. Planning completed and dispatched. If it is for a future date, check the date on the calendar icon so you can view the demands.
