This procedure can also be done manually, based on demands already created.
Follow the steps:
Actions (left sidebar) --> Dispatch - New (will take you to the Timeline) --> Expand button
- As with automatic planning (Planning and Dispatch - Automatic), demands can be selected for planning and dispatch, through various filters. Among them, we can highlight: type of service, region, SLA, date, period, status, etc.
- Select orders by clicking on the designated boxes and dragging and dropping them onto the desired team's timeline.
- A screen will appear with the selected orders and their locations, highlighted in black, on the region map. Click Save and Dispatch.
- Ready. Dispatched service orders will appear on the chosen team's timeline, in brown.
