Messaging Service (chat) - WEB

This document is a guide to using the messaging functionality on digiteam web.

App login

The first step is to log in to Digiteam Web:

1. Open the browser and access your environment;
2. Enter your username and password;
3. Click enter;

Starting a conversation with a team

1. Access the Dispatch Screen;
2. Choose the team to send the message;
3. Right click on the team;
4. Click on the messaging icon
5. Click on the icon
6. Enter the message and click send
