Consult Previous Planning and Demand Details - Timeline

Planning and demand details can also be consulted directly on the Timeline. Just like the search in the New Demand tab, on the dispatches screen, it is possible to use the same filters to select the desired service orders.

Follow the steps:

• Actions (left sidebar) --> Dispatch - New (will take you to Timeline) --> select filters (top right)

• To view the information, simply left-click on the specific demand. A pop-up will open with all the data for that OS. You can navigate through the tabs, which are located just below the demand identification number.
