Temporarily reallocate resource.

Resources (people, vehicles and tools) must be allocated to a work region or unit, so they are available to them. But we can relocate these resources, if necessary, temporarily without needing to change their initial unit or region. On the resource registration screen in the actions column we have the relocation icon, where the period in days will be recorded, which region it goes to and the reason (optional).
