Creating different statuses for agents makes it easier for the dispatcher to see them through colors and icons on the timeline or map, so you can know the agent's status without having to open the team's information. The name of each status, its colors and icons are configurable according to the company. To register, you must have the icon image to upload, or the system default can be used. In the vertical menu, click on REGISTRATION > AGENT > STATUS. For a new registration, click NEW.
To upload the icon, click on SELECT, choose the image on your computer and click on OPEN > UPLOAD. To choose the color, click on COLOR and select the desired shade. Finish by clicking insert.
