Escalas
Schedules are created to facilitate the management of the workday for internal and field teams.
It is possible to create schedules for users within Digiteam. To do this, from the "Vertical Menu Bar", select "Registers > People > Scale".
Interface of the Scales screen:
For each scale created, it is first necessary to define the Shifts and their hierarchies. To do this, clicking on the Shifts and Absences button will display a pop-up with the two tabs where it will be possible to create the shifts and absences that will be part of the scale.
Once the shifts and absences are defined, the schedule can be created. Clicking on the 'Create Scale" button will display a pop-up where the scales for the agents can be created.
This pop-up displays users in a tree model (hierarchical), where the 1st level is the Work Region they are allocated to (defined in the person's registration), the 2nd level is the role/function performed, and the 3rd level is the user itself. Once the users are chosen, it is necessary to apply the shift and work period, and if applicable, overtime.
Jornadas
It is possible to create the types of shifts that will be used by the organization within Digiteam. These shifts are associated in the person's registration, being a parameter for other functionalities such as: electronic point registration, planning policy, and dispatch of demands. From the "Vertical Menu Bar", select "Registers > Shift > Shift Types > New", to include a shift. More than one type of shift can be registered.
Feriados
Holidays are paid days off that influence the workday of agents. To do this, it is necessary to configure these holidays in advance, so that they are considered and alerts are issued in the planning routine.
From the "Vertical Menu Bar", select "Registers > Shift > Holiday > New" to register a holiday.
For each added holiday, it is necessary to indicate at least:
• Holiday date
• Holiday name
• Type of holiday (national or regional)
• Country, State, City (State and City fields are only displayed for regional type)
