This procedure is similar to the procedure for creating demands. The main difference is that the dispatcher/operator will be able to choose a date and time for the field team to carry out the service.
To schedule a service, from the “Vertical Menu Bar”, select:
“Actions/ Demands/ Actions Column/ Demand details/ Scheduling”.
Select the preferred date and period (morning/afternoon).
Scheduling can only be carried out for demands with the statuses: Created and Unplanned.
To undo or cancel the appointment, simply access the service order and its details again. In the Options icon there will be a command to remove the schedule.
